We accept returns on unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
Custom or assembled items may not be returnable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We offer free kitchen design services as a courtesy. Designs are based on customer-provided measurements and preferences. RTA Wholesale Cabinets is not responsible for errors due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

At RTA Wholesale Cabinets, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return policy to ensure a smooth return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition
Return must be authorized in advance by contacting our customer service team
Custom, modified, or assembled cabinets are not eligible for return
Clearance or special order items are non-refundable

2. Return Process

To request a return:

Contact us at support@rtawholesalescabinets.com within 30 days of delivery
Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number
Ship the items back using a trackable shipping method

Returns received without prior authorization or an RA number may not be accepted.

3. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product on our part. We recommend using a service that offers tracking and insurance.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

Report issues within 5 business days
Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items
We will arrange for replacements or issue a refund at our discretion

6. Refunds

Once returned items are inspected and approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive the return for processing

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
